About The Event
The holidays can be beautiful and still be incredibly hard.
When someone we love is no longer here, traditions, family gatherings, music, memories, and even the simplest moments can feel different. You may find yourself missing someone deeply, feeling overwhelmed by expectations, or wondering how you are supposed to celebrate when your heart is grieving.
Our Holiday Grief Support Group offers a safe, compassionate space to pause, breathe, and connect with others who understand that grief doesn't take a holiday.
Together, we’ll talk about navigating difficult emotions, changing traditions, family expectations, memories, loneliness, and the pressure to feel joyful when you simply may not. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and you don't have to pretend you're okay.
Come as you are. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing.
You don't have to walk through the holidays alone.
